Applications and registration forms for are below.  We do accept students mid-year if we are not full capacity.  All Health & Safety Forms below need to be completed prior to attendance.

Your first payment is due Thursday, July 1st (full or quarterly, plus deposits/fees).   If paying quarterly, subsequent payments are due October 30th, January 30th, and March 30th.  If enrolling after July 1, your first payment is due within 30 days and prior to your first day of school.
